What is the Training Audit and do I need one?

I review up to three of your existing training assets, identify where and why they're failing, and deliver a written roadmap plus a working prototype. If you're unsure what to build, or suspect your current training isn't working, start here. It typically prevents a poorly-scoped build that costs far more to fix later.

Do I need to understand e-learning to work with you?

No. If you know what your people need to learn, that's enough. I handle the structure, design, build, and delivery. The Training Audit is specifically designed for organisations that aren't sure where to begin.

How long does a project take?

Training Audit: two weeks. Standard course or Digital Playbook: 3–5 weeks from approved content. Branching simulation: 6–10 weeks. You'll get a clear timeline with every quote — and early notice if anything is likely to affect it.

We already have training materials. Can you work with them?

Yes — that's exactly the starting point. Send me what you have — slide decks, PDFs, Word documents, existing videos. I'll assess what's there and recommend the best way to transform it. The subject matter knowledge comes from you; We handle the structure, design, and build.

Do you work with organisations that don't have an LMS?

Yes. Courses can be shared via a simple web link with no platform required. Completion tracking still works either way. If you want an LMS recommendation, I can point you in the right direction.
